Starting your membership only takes about three minutes. Please note we work only with producing, licensed real estate agents and brokers. You don’t need to have a pending deal in order to join Tongo.

To add a deal, we just need to know things like when it will close and the net commission. We’ll review and approve a limit of up to 75% of that commission. Upload as many deals as you like to access multiple commissions at the same time. We accept residential real estate transactions scheduled to close within 60 days.

Our pricing is as low as 3% per 30 days, and that’s only on the amount you access. The Tongo Card is just another way to access your commissions. And if you don’t access anything, there’s nothing to pay.

Here’s an example. if you use $3,000 of a commission, the fee is only $90 within the first 30 days. If you pay between 31-60 days, the total fee is $180.

Tongo enables everyone to take control of their finances. Turn that pending commission into more commissions. Many of our members use their Tongo card to track all their business-related expenses as all our fees are tax deductible.
